Pricing FAQs
Is onboarding required?
Yes. Each new subscription requires onboarding so the products in your plan can be configured, connected and tested for your business and authorized data feed.
Is managed hosting included?
Yes. Managed hosting is included with Essential, Agent, Agent Pro and Team. Storage varies by plan.
Is a full website included in the monthly price?
No. Your subscription includes the Loyal platform and managed hosting. If you need a marketing website implemented as well, choose Website Launch or request a custom website quote.
Do I pay Platform Onboarding plus Website Launch?
No. Website Launch already includes Platform Onboarding. It is the total one-time onboarding price when selected.
Can Loyal connect to my MLS?
LoyalMLS Gateway is compatible with authorized RESO Web API and RETS feeds. Your actual connection depends on data access, feed format, permissions and any provider approval requirements. We confirm compatibility during consultation/onboarding.
Are MLS or data-provider fees included?
No. Fees charged by an MLS, association, data provider or other third party are separate from Loyal subscription and onboarding fees.
What happens to Founding Customer pricing after 12 months?
The discounted monthly rate applies during the initial 12-month commitment. The subscription moves to the regular price afterward unless your agreement states otherwise.
Does every MLS provide the same data?
No. Available data varies by feed and by your permissions and display rights. Sold data, market reports and price history are coming-soon LoyalMLS capabilities and will also depend on the data available to you.

- Platform Onboarding includes one standard compatible, authorized RESO Web API or RETS connection. Custom development, unsupported formats, unusual authentication, certification, vendor approval work and third-party fees may require a separate quote.
- Website Launch is a total onboarding price and already includes Platform Onboarding.
- MLS/data-provider access, licensing and other third-party fees are separate. Feature and data availability can depend on feed fields, history, permissions and display rights.
