A private review of the approved service rules and the terms still needed for a complete customer agreement.
Platform subscription billing starts at the documented Production Activation Date, not at the beginning of onboarding.
The standard onboarding payment is 50% when work begins and 50% before production launch, subject to the approved acceptance and payment process.
This separate service starts on its agreed service-start date, with three monthly billing periods initially and monthly renewal thereafter.
Approved rule: after acceptance and clearance of the final onboarding payment, the customer may request a launch-coordination period of up to 14 calendar days. If the customer postpones public launch beyond that period after the subscribed services are production-ready, the Production Activation Date occurs on the fifteenth calendar day unless a different date is approved in writing. Monthly subscription billing and the 30-Day Platform Fit Guarantee begin on the Production Activation Date even if the customer keeps the website private or delays promotion. Deemed activation does not apply while a material defect, Loyal-caused delay, unavailable required review access, unavailable required MLS/data-provider approval or usable data, or another required external dependency outside the customer’s control prevents meaningful use of the affected service.
An approved quote, Order Form, Statement of Work, checkout disclosure or written agreement may establish customer-specific pricing, billing periods, minimum commitments, renewal terms or cancellation conditions. Applicable customer-specific terms control where they differ; the other general terms continue to apply.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops future renewals. Minimum commitments, annual terms or different cancellation conditions in an applicable written agreement may change that timing. Cancellation is available through the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing [email protected] from the account’s billing email. Submit manually processed email requests at least two business days before renewal.
The 30-Day Platform Fit Guarantee concerns the first monthly platform payment, once per account, from Production Activation. It does not cover onboarding, projects, custom work or third-party fees.

Customers with accounts in good standing may request one standard WordPress/content export before cancellation or within 30 calendar days after service ends. Loyal delivers it within 10 business days after authorization verification, and the download remains available for 14 calendar days. Custom migration, conversion, or installation assistance may be quoted separately.
LoyalCRM will offer self-service exports when implemented; regardless, authorized customers may request assisted exports of contacts, custom fields, saved-search criteria, favorite-listing references, and other customer-created or customer-controlled records in a reasonable standard format. One assisted CRM export is included at no charge per rolling 90-day period during an active subscription, plus one separate final cancellation export. Additional, repeated, custom-format, transformation, or migration work may be quoted separately. Complete MLS records, provider-owned data, internal logs, infrastructure data, credentials, secrets, and Loyal proprietary structures are excluded as applicable.
At termination, Loyal deactivates the subscribed Loyal services and products, and functionality that depends on them stops working. An export does not grant continued use of Loyal products. Third-party themes and plugins remain governed by their own licenses. Loyal is not responsible after handoff for deciding whether the customer retains or removes them, or for their licensing, updates, compatibility, security, or support. A standard export is not a full license or security audit. Loyal may quarantine or exclude a component known to be malicious, compromised, or a serious security risk and notify the customer.
