Required provisions

Finalize relevant confidentiality and safeguarding obligations, provider engagement, incident notification, privacy-rights assistance and any required audit terms from the applicable law and actual contract. No deadlines or audit-access rights are invented.

Customer data may be retained for up to 30 calendar days after termination. Following a verified early-deletion request, active-system deletion normally begins promptly and is completed within 10 business days, subject to backups and legally required records. Stop importing and serving licensed MLS data and remove it from active systems normally within 24 hours and no later than 48 hours, unless a shorter provider deadline applies. Backup copies remain inaccessible until normal rotation.
These are approved directions for review, not evidence of deployed performance or an executed agreement.

5. Return and transfer of information

Commercial assisted-export arrangements are separate from statutory individual privacy rights. A customer export allowance or good-standing condition must not limit rights required by law.

Return, deletion and international processing

Complete the actual return/deletion clause, relevant provider/backup exceptions and international-processing terms. Do not invent an EU transfer mechanism or promise automatic deletion replay after recovery.
