Scope of the provider schedule

A subprocessor is an organization engaged by LTG to process personal information on a customer’s behalf. The applicable schedule depends on the services and processing covered by the customer agreement.

Providers used only for LTG’s independent business purposes and providers contracted directly by a customer are not automatically LTG subprocessors.

Customer schedule

The provider schedule

Customers receive their applicable private subprocessor schedule during onboarding. It identifies the relevant legal entities, purposes, processing locations, and affected services.

The schedule covers relevant service functions such as hosting, storage, AI, communications, and operational support. Contact [email protected] for the schedule applicable to your agreement.

Roles and processing locations

Roles and processing locations

The applicable schedule identifies processing locations and roles. A provider’s headquarters does not by itself determine where customer information is stored, processed, or accessed.

Processing locations

Hosting, provider processing, and approved support access can involve different countries. The customer schedule identifies the relevant arrangements.

Processing roles

Roles follow the actual customer and provider relationship. Staff location alone does not establish that a separate organization is a subprocessor.
