Services and responsibilities

01

Loyal operations

LTG manages information for its own business and processes customer-controlled information to provide agreed services. The applicable agreement defines the responsibilities for each service.

02

Customer processing

Customers are responsible for authorized account use, lawful instructions, and security of websites and systems they manage. LTG remains responsible for its own obligations.

Safeguards

Access and security practices

Processing is not confined to one location

Processing is not confined to one location

Hosting location does not describe every place where information is processed or accessed.

Hosting and storage

LTG hosting uses the US and/or Canada for US, Canadian, and Mexican customer organizations. Other customers may be hosted in Europe. The agreement identifies the applicable arrangements.

Authorized access

Designated personnel may work internationally. Access from a new country requires LTG approval, and server/data access requires LTG’s VPN and internal network.

Service-specific safeguards

The applicable Data Processing Addendum and customer schedules describe service-specific processing and agreed safeguards. Detailed security information may be provided through a confidential review.

Backup retention and deletion follow the applicable schedule. Restoring a backup must not undo completed deletions. No system can guarantee complete security; this overview does not replace LTG’s contractual or legal duties.
