A directory page does not guarantee availability. Every project requires authorized data access and a compatibility review before implementation is confirmed.
How MLS integration works
From provider approval to a working property experience.
We confirm the connection and scope before onboarding begins.
1
Identify your MLS
Share your provider, website and the property experience you need.
2
Confirm authorization
Verify your right to use the data and the access method offered by the provider.
3
Map and synchronize
Configure the standard feed, field mapping, import, updates and purge behavior.
4
Connect the website
Link the Gateway to the LoyalMLS Bridge, verify display behavior and prepare launch.
Standard implementation scope
What a standard MLS onboarding includes.
The final scope depends on provider requirements, metadata and authorized access.
Credential verification
Review authorized credentials, authentication and the available provider interface.
Metadata analysis
Review standard fields, property classes and the information needed by the website.
Import and sync
Configure the initial import, incremental updates and standard purge behavior.
Standard field mapping
Map supported property fields used by search, results and listing details.
Connect one website through the LoyalMLS Bridge and the approved implementation scope.
Verification and launch test
Check the standard data flow, search behavior and production connection before launch.
Non-standard authentication, custom mapping, multiple feeds, unusual metadata, additional websites or custom frontend work may require separate scope and pricing.
Compatibility comes first
An MLS name alone is not enough to confirm a connection.
Access rules and technical delivery can differ by MLS, association, broker and use case. We verify the actual project requirements before promising implementation.
Compatible metadata and standard mapping requirements
Website, data-use and display requirements
MLS integration questions
What to know before implementation.
Can LoyalMLS connect to every MLS?
No connection should be assumed automatically. Availability depends on provider authorization, feed technology, metadata, data-use rules and the requirements of your project.
Do I need approval from my MLS or broker?
You need the appropriate authorized data access for your intended use. The required approval process depends on the MLS/data provider and your relationship with the broker or association.
Which connection technologies can LoyalMLS use?
RESO Web API is the primary connection method. Legacy RETS feeds may be evaluated where the provider still makes them available.
Can LoyalMLS work with my existing WordPress website?
In many cases, yes. We review the current website, theme, plugins and desired listing experience before confirming the implementation approach.
What if my MLS is not listed here?
Submit the provider name through the compatibility-review form. We’ll review available access and technical requirements before recommending next steps.
Does one onboarding include multiple MLS feeds?
Standard onboarding covers one compatible authorized feed. Additional feeds or non-standard requirements must be reviewed and scoped separately.
Tell us which MLS you need to connect.
Share your provider, authorization status and website requirements. We’ll review compatibility, confirm the scope and explain the next steps before onboarding.
